Contact us today to discuss your requirements and if necessary, we will set up a consultation to understand your needs and will provide you with a clear scope of work. 


  

No. Not all clients will require an initial consultation. Eg. Individual Tax Return - We will let you know if we need to set up a consultation during the initial phone call. 


  

We will provide you with an engagement letter outlining the scope of work and provide a fixed fee. This takes time and the first consultation is an important step in understanding your goals. We offer this as a dedicated, one-on-one session for a fee of $220 including GST, paid upfront. If you choose to accept our engagement terms, then this amount will be credited towards the first invoice. 


  

We accept payment via Direct Deposit into the bank account or via Credit Card. 


  

Cashflow‑Friendly Options: For approved clients, monthly subscription options are also available to help smooth out your cashflow and spread your accounting fees across the year.


  

New clients are required to pay up front. Once an ongoing reliable payment relationship is established work will be invoiced with 7 day payment terms.


  

Yes, we do, but this is not our core business. We are boutique practice with extensive experience and take the time to ensure that your return is properly completed. Our primary focus is working with small to medium size businesses, sole traders and clients with multiple income streams.
